• Location: Conveniently situated near public transportation.

• Voucher: A printed copy of your ticket voucher must be presented at the Ticketing Plaza.
• Children & Infants: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infants may sit on laps.

• Food & Beverages: Bringing food or drinks into Aquaventure is strictly prohibited. Any items must be disposed of at entry. Special dietary requirements should be notified at booking.
• Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear is required. Prohibited attire includes thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denim, and loose clothing such as abayas or dishdashas. Headscarves are permitted only if securely fastened.
