Welcome to Jasper Travel and Tourism LLP (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related travel services (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Bookings

Bookings can be made through:
a) Online – via our website
b) Offline – via email or WhatsApp (for services not available on the website)

– Bookings must be made only for genuine reservations. We reserve the right to cancel any suspected fraudulent or speculative bookings.
– You are responsible for verifying all booking details and special conditions.
– Incorrect information may result in additional charges.
– Vouchers must always be provided to travelers. If travelers are not carrying a voucher, Jasper Travel and Tourism LLP is not responsible for any inconvenience caused.
– All booking cancellations and amendments are subject to the applicable cancellation/amendment policies.
– Requests such as early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, etc., are subject to hotel availability.
– In case of hotel renovations, no refund will be provided.
– Late arrivals must be communicated in advance to avoid room release.
– Duplicate bookings may result in full charges for both.
– Hotels may require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals.
– Extra person or bed charges are payable directly at the hotel.

2. On-Request Reservations

Bookings marked as “On Request” mean that the hotel does not have immediate availability. We will contact the property to confirm extra space.
– Do not make duplicate bookings while waiting for confirmation.
– Confirmation may be subject to rate changes or rejection by the hotel.
– Urgent bookings should be made with instant-confirmation hotels.

3. Rates

– The rate at the time of booking confirmation will prevail.
– Walk-in rates offered by hotels cannot be matched or disputed.
– Amendments to special-rate or promotional bookings may result in rate changes.

4. Payments and Invoices

Prepayment Bookings:
– Must be paid in full at the time of confirmation unless stated otherwise.
– Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

Credit Bookings:
– Invoices are issued on the booking’s arrival date.
– Payment must be made within the period specified in your Agency Agreement.
– Late payment may result in account suspension or contract termination.

5. Liability

Jasper Travel and Tourism LLP provides services in good faith but does not warrant:
– The accuracy or completeness of hotel or transport descriptions.
– The uninterrupted functioning of our booking system.
– Any loss, injury, or damage arising from third-party suppliers (hotels, transport companies, etc.).

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.

6. Child Policy

– Children must be declared at the time of booking.
– Properties have different child policies and meal charges.
– For transfers, appropriate child/infant seats are the guest’s responsibility.

7. Group Bookings

Bookings of 8 or more travelers may be treated as group reservations.
– Different rates and cancellation terms may apply.
– Jasper Travel and Tourism LLP reserves the right to cancel or reclassify such bookings.

8. Transfers

– One medium-sized bag per person is included.
– Larger luggage must be declared in advance.
– Waiting time: 15 minutes (or 30 minutes for airport pickups).
– No-shows are non-refundable.

9. Book-Outs

In cases of hotel overbooking, closure, or other force majeure situations, we will assist in arranging alternative accommodation of a similar standard whenever possible.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Each booking is subject to its individual cancellation policy.
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 72 hours after cancellation approval.
– Refund timelines depend on your payment method and bank processing times (7–21 working days for card payments).
– A service fee may apply to cancellations.

11. Complaints

– Complaints must be submitted within 15 days of the service completion.
– Supporting documents are required.
– Guests must contact the emergency number listed on their voucher in case of on-ground issues.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [your city, e.g., Thrissur, Kerala].
