• Tata Tea Museum – Discover the story of Munnar’s world-famous tea legacy, which was set up to cater to tea aficionados and connoisseurs, as well as people who are curious to learn the process of tea-making. The museum preserves the tea legacy of the town, showcasing exquisite varieties of tea, photographs, mementos, and machinery used in the processing of these aromatic tea leaves. (The museum is closed on Mondays)
• Eravikulam National Park – Home to Nilgiri Tahr and the majestic Anamudi Peak.  The first national park of Kerala and a UNESCO world heritage site, Eravikulam is home to an immense population of endangered mountain goat, Nilgiri Tahr and variety of flora and fauna. Further adding to its beauty is the highest peak in southern India, Anamudi. While exploring the park, you could spot Nilgiri langurs, leopards, tigers and Indian bison. Also, it is known for blooming wild balsams and orchids. The park remains closed for visitors every year, tentatively from Feb onwards to 31st March due to the calving season of Nilgiri.
• Mattupetty Dam – Picturesque views and optional boating.  Mattupetty Dam Flanked by steep hills and lush green tea plantations, Mattupetty Dam is known for its beautiful lake. View of the valley from the dam is breathtaking, which makes it quite famous amongst locals to enjoy a picnic. While here, travellers could choose to enjoy a picturesque cruise or stroll around and see elephants. The dam is located in the middle of lush green tea plantations and forests and is an ideal place for trekking Location
• Echo Point – Echo Point One of the popular sightseeing places in Munnar is the Echo Point which is located at a distance of 15 kilometres away from Munnar. The point is known for its natural echo phenomenon which is what attracts tourists from all over. People can hear their name reverberating around the surroundings again and again as they shout out their name. Situated at an altitude of 600 ft. above sea level, it also offers a spectacular view of the enchanting valleys below and surroundings covered in a blanket of lush greenery. Tourists can take a stroll, soak in the misty landscape or take an exciting boat ride in a nearby lake. Since, the echo point can only be reached by trekking, it is suggested to wear comfortable shoes.
• Munnar Chocolate Factory – The Munnar Chocolate Factory was established in 2007 and is now one of the best producers of these scrumptious delights. Apart from indulging in some of the tastiest chocolates produced in India, the Munnar Chocolate Factory also offers a plethora of activities to keep you occupied. The factory also has a cafe where you can relax and try some of the decadent desserts along with their beverages. The Munnar Chocolate Factory produces a wide variety of chocolates that include dark chocolates, milk chocolates, white chocolates, and more.  Visitors are free to witness the making of these delightful chocolaty treats. They can see the process of making chocolates right from the initial stages of processing the cocoa beans and so on. The Munnar Chocolate Factory has a plethora of chocolates on sale. Along with these they also sell pralines, truffles, chocolate bars, and other souvenir items.

Alleppey Beach – Alappuzha Beach is one of the major tourist attractions in Kerala. It has a pier extending to the sea which is almost 150 years old! The beach is renowned for hosting Alappuzha beach festival, sand art festival and many more. Visitors can savour the delicious local food from nearby stalls and try out activities and adventure sports such as parasailing, beach volleyball and surfing. Note: Wear light coloured cotton clothes to feel comfortable despite the burning heat & Carry and apply sufficient sunscreen to avoid sun tan.

Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple – Set in the heart of Alleppey, the 500-year-old Mullakkal Rajarajeswari temple is sacred to the goddess Rajarajeswari. The temple also houses the idols of Lord Krishna, Lord Naga, Lord Ayyappa and Lord Hanuman. With unique and beautiful architecture worked up in traditional Kerala style, this temple is a must-visit in Alleppey. Inside the premises you will find a quiet pond along with plenty of trees and jasmine plants. Navarathiri, Thaipooya Kavadi and Mulakkal Chirappu are the main festivals that are celebrated wholeheartedly here. Typical Kerala traditional wear is preferred, including dhoti and saree for men and women respectively.

Watch the live production of pure, fresh, roasted, and double-filtered coconut oil. You can also purchase fresh coconut oil directly from the factory during the visit. NOTE: Visiting hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM daily. Factory working hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. No production happens on Sundays and Good Fridays.
